Use this reference data to manage the Not Known or Pending values that can be returned in a row in a VoS Response file to StudyLink.

Not known or pending reference data

The Not Known or Pending values are hard-coded in ebs: central (that is: they cannot be added to or deleted). However, for each value, you can do the following:

Change the Short and Long Description
Set the record to active or inactive

Note: The records are set to active by default.
